I tried to place an order but it wouldn't go through. What's wrong?

I apologize for any inconvenience you may experience when submitting your Beaded Jewelry order to Itty Beady Creations. Although very infrequent, there are a variety of reasons that can prevent an order submission.

The first thing to consider is if you have previously established a PayPal account. Even though registration with PayPal is now optional, the PayPal checkout system does require you to enter your login username and password if you have a previously registered account. Please contact PayPal to retrieve your login information if you have forgotten or misplaced it.

Other reasons why an order can't go through: the secure PayPal web server may be down or busy, the connections from your service provider may be down, there may be an incompatibility with your computer or software.

In the event of any ordering difficulty, please try to print your Shopping Cart contents for future reference and try to place your order at a later time. If you continue to experience problems, please contact me by email to make other arrangements.
